is a stunning centrepiece by Doulton, marked Doulton Burslem, earlier than Royal Doulton. This is a huge piece, measuring 12"
across when the handles are included, or 10" across the rim, and
5" high. The pattern is Nankin, and the nice thing about this piece
is that it looks fantastic from every angle because it is completely
covered with pattern. The inside is blue and white with gold
embellishment, and the border is in imari colours of cobalt blue and a
rusty red. There is some green there as well, and under the border on
the outside there is a green trim.
charger, G Poggenbeck signature, 31cm across, built-in hook at the back,
in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, has light crazing,
little miniature cheese dish cover in blue and white, made between 1905
and 1912, just 5.75cm long x 4cm across x 5cm high, no base, made by E
Hughes at Fenton, England, rural cottage scene, in excellent condition
with no chips or cracks, has fine clean crazing.

has a cracks at the base of each handle, no chips or crazing.
